The G12 combines weight stack and plate-loaded weight control for the ultimate home gym experience, allowing you to build strength, power, muscle mass, and stamina with all seven fundamental training movements. Dual 220-lb weight stacks—10% more than the competition—connect to the cable pulley system on the front 2x2 uprights, providing a quick, easy, and hassle-free solution for selecting different weight levels.


Plate weights (sold separately) are used on the Power Rack and Smith Machine stations, easily loaded from either side of the weight plate holders on the rear of the rack. This setup enables full-body training or focused upper-body and lower-body sessions, with the flexibility to switch between split training, circuit training, WOD variations, supersets, and endurance training in seconds.


The G12 All-In-One Trainer even includes built-in storage for an Olympic or Standard barbell, weight plates, and cable attachments, ensuring your training space remains tidy, organized, and safe.

Combines up to 11 Strength Training Machines into One.

Power Rack

Perform squats, bench presses, overhead presses, deadlifts, and more on the Half Rack, featuring commercial-grade roller J-Hooks and Safeties adjustable to any height. Removable rubber barbell protector sleeves are included to safeguard your barbell's knurling, extending its lifespan. The rack is made from 2x2 heavy-duty, powder-coated, and clear-coated steel tubing for extra durability and longevity. Uprights feature 54 adjustment holes, each measuring 5/8 inches, spaced 1 inch apart.

Functional Trainer

The Functional Trainer includes six attachments and two 220lb weight stacks for diverse strength training. It offers 18 height adjustments for exercises across the shoulders, arms, chest, back, core, and legs. Features smooth cable movement through commercial-grade pulleys and durable 6.2mm nylon-coated cables tested to 2,000 lb. Also includes band pegs for adjustable resistance, elevating your workout.

Smith Machine

The Smith Machine features a fixed barbell compatible with Olympic weights up to 772lb, set on commercial-grade guide rails for smooth, natural movement. Its design, angled for ergonomic motion, ensures a safe, effective workout. It is easily adjustable to any height and includes lock and release mechanisms and a safety catch, enabling intense, spotter-free training sessions.

Vertical Leg Press

Chin-up Station

The Multi-Grip Chin-Up and Pull-Up station is ergonomically designed for comfort and versatility, boasting a 772lb weight capacity. Features comfortable knurled grips for wide, close, underhand, overhand, and various other positions, enhancing grip strength for a comprehensive upper-body workout.

Dip Station
